Classic Gin Sour with Eggwhite

• 2 oz  Gin
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1/2 of the white of an egg

Place fresh ice into a cocktail shaker, Add all ingredients, shake vigorously, strain into a cocktail glass with ice.
